Fire leaves family homeless

A fire leaves an Alton family homeless. Earlier today fire crews from Alton were called in regards to a mobile home fire on mile 7 and Brushline.
Fortunately the 45-year-old woman and her two kids are safe in spite of the tragedy that befell their home. Neighbors in the area say that the residence was completely engulfed by the fire within a matter of minutes.
