Ex-Priest John Feit’s Trial Set to Begin
Edinburg (KFXV) — The faith of the Ex-priest John Feit will be determined by a jury starting on April 24th.
92nd district judge, Luis Singleterry will be presiding over the case. As FOX has reported, Feit is accused of killing Irene Garza more than 50 years ago.
Today, back in court for a preliminary hearing where the trial date was set and he will be back in court for another hearing before trial begins on February 20th. This after prosecutors gathered enough evidence and Feit was arrested at his Arizona home around a year ago – and brought back to the valley where he remains in jail.
