Elsa Pays Off Their Debt
The city of Elsa breaths a sigh of relief as their financial woes come to a close.
In 1999 the city of Elsa took out two loans borrowing up to $700,000. The loan was meant to be paid by 2014. However, sooner than expected, on February 14 of this year, the city paid the debt in full all in part to the help the governor and its agencies offered.
