D.W.I. SUSPECT FACES CHARGES

The man who ran over three people last week, leaving one of them in critical condition, faced formal charges in Brownsville, TX today July 7th.
18-year-old Sean Anthony Perez received a 73 thousand dollar bond for 3 charges of intoxication assault, 3 for leaving the scene of an accident involving injuries and 2 DWI’s. Perez also faces two charges of burglary of a building, which he confessed to while being interrogated
It happened on Saturday night at the gold’s gym parking lot on 800-Sunrise Blvd when Perez ran over 27 year-old Claudia Guzman, her brother 22 year-old Adalberto Guzman and 26 year-old Genaro Flores who remains in critical condition.
Perez fled the scene but was arrested moments later in front of a chase bank on FM 802, where he also crashed into another two vehicles.
