DPS Increases Patrols During Spring Break

Statewide (KFXV) — The Texas Department of Public Safety is reminding the public to take extra precautions during the spring break week.
Law enforcement will increase their patrols during the holidays, focusing on those speeding, drunk drivers and anyone not wearing their seat-belts.
They encourage drivers to slow down during bad weather or driving conditions like construction or heavy traffic, and to eliminate any distractions including mobile devices.
