The holidays are definitely a time to eat drink and be merry but if you’re diabetic or suffer from high blood pressure its also the time to watch your diet.

Fox spoke with dr. AlfredoLopez Jr . Who told us that holiday foods can be too tempting for some patients.

Most diabetic patients will usually control thier diets throughout the year and while they should reward themselves during the holidays they should also take precautions.

Diabetic cases usually rise at this time so its a good time to check with the doctor if you are feeling ill

So you want to eat moderately during the holidays but if you’re feeling the need to urinate more often or are having dizzy spells or frequent headaches or chest pain its best to schedule a doctors visit.
