Authorities have revealed the findings of the autopsy report performed on the female body found lifeless yesterday afternoon. The hidalgo county sheriff’s department says there appears to be no signs of foul play, but the woman between the ages of 35 to 40 years of age had scratches and cactus thorns along her body.
