Dead Body Found In Matamoros

In the Mexican city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, authorities are looking into who could have been responsible for a harrowing death. The body of an unidentified male between 22 and 27 years of age was found with obvious signs of foul play. According to the Mexican police the man had been brutally beaten and then shot in the face. A bullet shell caliber 38 special was found at the scene. The victim is described as being dark skinned, five feet nine inches tall and was wearing a white t-shirt and black denim jeans. This case remains under investigation.
