Three men went before justice of the peace, Rosa Trevino this afternoon after a bar fight turned deadly in Donna, early Sunday morning.
The fatal fight claimed the life of 21 year old Damion Martinez of Alamo, at el centro bar just after 1:30 am.
21 year old Carlos Cervantes, 17 year old Leonel Cervantes and 22 year old a Juan Carlos Castaneda were formally charged with one count each of murder.
Police say the men assaulted Martinez just as he was making his way out of the restroom.
They believe the fight started all because of an ex girlfriend.
Hidalgo county justice of the peace Rosa Trevino set bonds each at$500,000 dollars. If convicted they could spend up to life behind bars.

You have your retirement package, annual and sick leave, plus what we have our thrift savings plan, which is equivalent to the 401k.”
