Today was dr. Blandina Cardenas’ last day as president of U.T.P.A.
Cardenas announced her retirement earlier this month and said she would be leaving her post due to health reasons. The new interim president, as of February 23, will be Charles A. Sorber, former interim president for U.T. Arlington. Until that day, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Paul Sale will be in charge.
