Brownsville Man Missing

A Brownsville man is missing and authorities need your help in bringing him home safely. 25-year-old Rumaldo Moreno is 5’11″ tall, weighs 280lbs, has shoulder length black hair, dark brown eyes and light skin. Moreno usually carries a black backpack as well. Officials say he was spotted last on Monday afternoon at the sunrise mall where he told a store clerk he was going to catch a bus to go downtown. Police say Moreno suffers from Bipolar disorder and Schizophrenia. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Brownsville Crimestoppers at 546-8477.
