According to Michael Chertoff, this project was suppose to be for Homeland Security not immigration. Please contact your state representatives and local officials-we cannot afford this project. This is an expensive band aid to an alternate problem that Washington never fixed years ago. With a failing economy how could another $400 million dollars be allocated to complete this project. Washington needs to listen to the voters who put them in office. Cameron County officials waited too long to start writing to Washington (2 years too late) and the City of Brownsville Commission's lack of professionalism is too busy arguing amongest themselves that their missing the point of why they were voted into office.
No Border Fence/Wall. God Bless America!
