Baby Fights to Stay Alive

An 8-month-old is still fighting for his life after a mother left him un-attended in bath full of water both the infant and his older brother were left in the tub alone. When their mother came back, she found the little one un-conscious. She immediately called 911. Since the incident almost two weeks ago, the baby has been in intensive care at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. Child protective services is working closely with Brownsville police to determine what legal action if any will be taken against the mother.
