Arson Suspected in Tire Shop Fire

A fire at a Harlingen tire shop last week is now a
suspected case of arson. The tire fire occurred early
Thursday morning at the G.R.C. tire shop located on 5th
Avenue and sunshine strip. After the South Texas arson
response team and the Harlingen Fire Marshals Office
conducted their investigation, they determined the fire was
intentionally set.
The Harlingen Fire Department is offering a cash reward to
anyone with information about this case. If you have any
details of who set this fire, you may contact the Harlingen
Police Department
