Another Day of Trial for Border Patrol Agent

It is day two of the sexual assault trial against a McAllen Border Patrol agent. Testimony resumed today as prosecutors tell jurors that Alberto Barba Garcia pulled two women over in Las Milpas in late October.
According to court documents, the agent ordered one of them into his car and then drove to a remote area where he raped the woman. Garcia is 34-years-old and is a five-year veteran who has been suspended without pay ever since the allegations against him were made.
