Alleged gang members arrested in Harlingen

Harlingen authorities have arrested 4 alleged gang-members who were involved in a shooting.
Laurencio Castillo, Cesar Alejandro Herrera, Justin Andrew Martinez and Justin Samuel Martinez were arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and for being involved in organized crime. They all belong to the west side aqua gang.
It was November 1st when a 25-year old man by the name of Jose Alberto Quiroz and alleged member of south side Valluco gang got shot outside of Smiley’s bar on 200 Rangerville road in Harlingen. The shooting stems allegedly from a quarrel with other rival gang members.
