A man accused for arson received additional charges for causing several fires in Rio Grande City. Ruben Valencia is held accountable for the fires that caused damages surpassing the million-dollar mark at Ringgold Middle School and for a second incident at a home.
Valencia is being investigated by fire officials across the state in order to determine his participation in similar incidents.
