Authorities have release a key piece of evidence in the case.
According to police records, the suspect approached 63-year-old Juan Garza the night of December 3 at his business Amigo propane on fm 495 and Cesar Chavez road and asked him to fill his tank. However, the suspect then tried to rob him and later shot him several times. A key witness to the crime was on scene moments after the shooting and made a frantic 911 call to police.
