Man Arrested in Brownsville After Being Accused of Murder

Austin auto shop last month was caught illegally crossing into Brownville this Thursday.
58-year-old Roy Rogers Soliz, was charged with murder following the fatal shooting on January 21.
He was approached and questioned by a federal agent.
According to an affidavit, a woman at the scene of the shooting told authorities that Soliz had shot her boyfriend, 38-year-old Christopher Carson.
She said she and Soliz had separated, Cameron County, awaiting transport to Travis County.
