2nd Suspect Arrested In College Shooting

Authorities say it all began over a minor altercation.
Here you can see a mugshot of 22-year-old Trey Foster, he is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Foster and another man, 22-year-old Carlton Berry, are accused in the shooting on the Lone Star College Campus in North Harris County on Tuesday.
Three people including Berry, were wounded.
U.S. Marshals captured foster in plano overnight without incident.
Authorities also found a gun, that may have been used in the shooting.
