Weslaco Church Thief, Arrested

Authorities say Joshua Montenegro was arrested by U.S. Marshals.
The 22-year-old allegedly stole music equipment and instruments from the First Baptist Church on January 13.
Montenegro was initially brought in for questioning, giving information that led investigators to the stolen property.
He was a wanted fugitive until his arrest.
