Passenger Dies In American Airlines Flight

Houston police say the 25-year-old Brazilian woman died during a flight from Sao Paolo, Brazil this morning. The airline says the flight to Dallas was diverted because of a sick passenger.
It did not share any details about the illness, but said efforts were made on board to try to save her life. The medical examiner’s office took custody of the body, and an autopsy will determine the cause of death.
