Man is Charged With Manslaughter After His 6-Year-Old Son Dies

Thirty One year old, Pedro Ibarra was placed under arrest, following monday’s crash.
Authorities say he crashed into a freightliner on highway 281 frontage road, trapping his 6-year-old son inside.
Sources tell FOX 2, that the 6-year-old boy was brain dead, until succumbing to his injuries today.
