DEA Arrests 3,700 Cartel Members in 2-year period

Federal authorities say a probe targeting two major Mexican drug cartels, netted thousands of arrests and millions of dollars in drug money.

The Drug Enforcement Agency released the numbers today. They say in a two-year period, over 3,700 members of the Sinaloa and Juarez Drug Cartels have been arrested, as well as the seizure of $186-million in drug money.

The probes reached nearly 80 cities in the U.S. as well as points in Mexico, Central America, Europe, and South America.
