11 Hidalgo County Deputies in Training Fired for Dishonesty

In a statement released today, Treviño said the deputies-in-training are accused of attempting to cheat on an upcoming exam.
Eleven in total have been let go for their involvement in a conspiracy to download and distribute the multi-page document.
Treviño added the disciplinary actions were severe in order to demonstrated that he would not tolerate any act of dishonestly by any member of the sheriff’s office.
