Some Starr Co. Residents Asked to Boil Water

Officials from the Union Water Supply Corporation said their plant had an electrical outage for 12 hours and that water will be unsafe.
Cusers in the following locations are asked to boil water for the next three days. Anyone with information can call 956-487-3744.
