Max Fitness to Honor 600 Plus Gym Memberships

Today Max Fitness announced they bought out the memberships and will honor their contracts.
Some paying cusers were up in arms since 600 Plus employees were allegedly still giving tours and recruiting new members up to Friday before closing down.
What should you do if you already paid?
Dolores Salinas, BBB South Texas, suggests consumes to file a complaint with them by calling 956-968-3678.
The Texas Secretary of State website lists the gym’s closure If you had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract with the gym spa, you may file a claim for the value of the balance by February 7, 2013 here (http://www.sos.state.tx.us/statdoc/healthspas/110912closing.shtml).
Salinas said, “If money was paid and services were not provided, that can be considered theft.”
