The Texas Secretary of State website lists the gym’s closure If you had time remaining on a prepaid membership contract with the gym spa, you may file a claim for the value of the balance by February 7, 2013 here (http://www.sos.state.tx.us/statdoc/healthspas/110912closing.shtml).
