Woman Turns Herself in for Not Reporting Sexual Assault

Authorities say Lorena Moreno, 38 years old, failed to report the sexual assault of a 14-year-old back in July.
The believed suspect, Sergio Jefferson, was arrested last month. Moreno was issued a $200,000 bond.
