On September 25th, witnesses reported a female student being kidnapped from a parking lot of the UTPA campus. We’re told the motive was for money.
The student, whose identity is being withheld, was returned safely to her family a little over a day later, without the payment of ransom.
Additional court dates for the four suspects are expected in the coming days.
