Microsoft kicks off a campaign for its newest operating system. It’s the tech giant’s biggest gamble in nearly 20 years.
Microsoft celebrated the imminent release of its revamped windows operating system after two years of work. It’s called Windows 8, everything from the way it looks, to the way the software it runs. It’s the most radical re-design in the company’s history.
The system will be available for PC’s and tablets to consumers on Friday. It will be compatible for the “surface”, Microsoft’s new tablet.
