Driver in Solo-Crash Faces Judge

Obed Ozuna-Peña, 18 years old, is accused of fleeing the scene, after he lost control of his ford mustang, exiting off Expressway 83 at Glasscock Sunday night, crashing into a wall.
Peña was arrested yesterday afternoon. His brother, Jesus Peña, 15 years old, remains in critical condition.
Pena was issued an $80,000 bond, and can face 2 to 10 years in prison if convicted. Investigators say all of the passengers were teenagers, and weren’t wearing their seatbelts.
