In Mission, the driver behind a crash that sent his younger brother to the hospital in critical condition, faced a judge today.

Obed Ozuna-Peña, 18 years old, is accused of fleeing the scene, after he lost control of his ford mustang, exiting off Expressway 83 at Glasscock Sunday night, crashing into a wall.

Peña was arrested yesterday afternoon. His brother, Jesus Peña, 15 years old, remains in critical condition.

Pena was issued an $80,000 bond, and can face 2 to 10 years in prison if convicted. Investigators say all of the passengers were teenagers, and weren’t wearing their seatbelts.
