3rd Arrest in Brutal Attack at a San Benito Nightclub

Maria Machuca, 45 years old, was arrested. Authorities say last Friday, she, along with two others, attacked a 40-year-old man at the “Party Time” nightclub, hitting him over the head with a beer bottle, and Machuca is accused of biting off a part of his right ear.
Maria Rodriguez, 26 years old and Peter Suarez, 31 years old, were arrested earlier this week. All three are facing aggravated assault charges.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries to his head.
