3rd Arrest in UTPA Kidnapping

The third, and believed to be final, suspect turned himself in.
Yesterday, student Onan Herrera-Sanchez, 27 years old, faced an Edinburg judge. The Honduras National turned himself in Saturday night. He was issued a half-million dollar bond.
Last week, authorities arrested Miguel Angel Navarro, 35 years old, and Milton Trevino, 20 years old, who is not pictured, on separate occasions.
Investigators say on September 25th, three men kidnapped a female student on campus. She was released unharmed a day later. Her identity has not been released for her protection.
Authorities say the case is still under investigation.
