Arrest Made in UTPA Kidnapping

Tonight there is some solace after authorities announce an arrest.
UTPA Police, along with the FBI, arrested Miguel Angel Navarro, 35 years old, yesterday in McAllen and arraigned this afternoon.
They say he is one of three men wanted in the aggravated kidnapping of a female UTPA student on September 25th.
The victim, whose name has been withheld, was released unharmed a day after being taken. Investigators believe the motive was money. The other two suspects remain at large. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
