Family Seeks Help After Teen Dies in Rollover Crash

Alfredo Montoya III died at Rio Grande Medical Center on Saturday. According to Texas Department of Public Safety, Montoya, along with another 15-year-old, were driving at a high rate of speed last Tuesday, when their vehicle rolled over into a canal off Victoria Road.
The other teen remains in stable condition. The crash is under investigation.
