Phone Bank in McAllen a Success

What is now known as “McAllen Connects” is another example of how McAllen is trying to make it easier for residents to get the information they need, without having to remember several department phone numbers.
The coverage of the phone bank, on the McAllen cable network, also will also featured videos and live interviews with various city department heads.
