UT-Austin Racism Protest Following Balloon Attacks

They were protesting a series of bizarre attacks. Victims say balloons filled with bleach have been dropped on people of color from high rises on campus.
Police have interviewed the victims in four different incidents, but they can’t determine if the liquid was in fact bleach.
They also say they don’t know if the incidents were racially motivated.
