Prosecutors say Juan Roberto Rincon-Rincon is the former gulf cartel bodyguard that shipped tons of drugs from Mexico to Texas.
Rincon-Rincon faces one count of conspiring to possess and distribute, and another count of conspiring to import cocaine and marijuana.
