Border agents seized over $2.5-million worth of cocaine at the Anzalduas International Bridge this weekend.
Authorities say on Sunday, officers stopped a Mexican National from Reynosa, Tamaulipas. Upon secondary inspection, they found 35 packages, weighing over 85 pounds, of the alleged narcotic hidden within the vehicle. The estimated street value was over $2.75-million.
The driver was turned over the homeland security.
