UTPA Celebrates 85th Year

The University of Texas Pan-American celebrated it’s 85th year in existence this month. Today, Hidalgo county officials applauded it’s long-standing commitment to higher education. Boasting alumni that includes commissioners, judges, elected officials, among other leaders in the community.
