Last Fraud Suspect Turns Himself in

In Brownsville, police say the last suspect in a fraudulent scheme is now under arrest.

35-year-old Victor Enrique Infante was booked this afternoon. Authorities say he had three outstanding felony warrants for identity theft, while an employee at a Flexi Compras, at the HEB store on central boulevard.

His attorney argues, that Infante wasn’t running from the law. The other three suspects connected to the scheme have been arrested.
