Authorities say four men, armed with an assault rifle and several semi-auatic weapons, broke into the home on the 1800 block of Tencha Street.
One of the suspects allegedly pistol-whipped the homeowner over and over and demanded drugs.
Police tell FOX 2 that the attackers did not find any drugs. They did, however, leave the house with several electrical appliances.
The group allegedly fled the area in a late- model sierra ford pick-up. The investigation is ongoing.
