A Weslaco teen, who said a Ouija board told him to stab his classmate, has been sentenced today.
The 16-year-old was tried as a juvenile, and was sentenced to three years in a juvenile detention center. The stabbing happened near Weslaco East High School last February. Authorities say in march, the teen admitted to stabbing a 14-year-old friend in the abdomen, because the board told him to.
The suspect and victim’s identities have been withheld due to being minors.
