UTPA Receives over $1.3m Grant

The University of Texas Pan-American received the funding from the U.S. Department of Education for the upward bound math and science program. It will be spread out over a 5-year period.
The UBMS Program is geared towards low-income, first-generation college students, that have a need for academic support to pursue higher education.
