Serial Car Burglar Arrested

Jose Carlos Ibarra was arrested yesterday on six counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, and two counts of criminal mischief. Authorities say he confessed to committing several thefts in the area.
Ibarra was issued a bond totaling $14,000.
