Juvenile Allegedly Shot Sister, Aunt

The incident took place at his grandmother’s home. The defense says that the teen was holding his uncle’s firearm, when it accidentally discharged, hitting his aunt and sister. They are believed to have non-life threatening injuries.
Prosecutors believe he may have been under an influence. The juvenile will remain in custody, pending a toxicology report.
