2 Dead in Harlingen Rollover Crash

Authorities say it was a solo-vehicle crash on FM-507 at around 10 a.m. The driver lost control of his car and rolled over several times. A female passenger, identified as Vanessa Garcia, was pronounced dead.
The driver, a 20-year-old male was pronounced dead this afternoon in the hospital. Investigators say speed was a factor.
