The suspect 29-year-old José Miguel Mireles has been arrested for crimes of murder, evading and resisting arrest.

Mireles was arrested at his Brownsville residence at 6811 Greystone Street after a witness identified him as the aggressor. He has a criminal history and is a member of the prison gang “The Vallucos”.
