Teen is Charged With Indecency

A teen has confessed to making his victims drink his bodily fluids.
Nineteen-year-old, Juan Henoch Mejía was arrested on Wednesday.
He is accused of sexually abusing two sisters that are 3 and 4 years old, at a home off FM 1847.
The investigation began after the mother took one of the girls to the doctor and learned she had been sexually assaulted.
After questioning Mejía–a Mexican national–he admitted to sexually abusing the girls, as well as making them drink a cup of his bodily fluid.
He is currently at the Cameron County Jail on a 100,000 dollar bond.
ICE Agents have filed an immigration detainer against him.
It is unclear how Mejia knew the victims.
