The 16-year-old was arrested in July, after admitting to having a miscarriage and tossing her baby in a dumpster back in May.
She was charged with perjury and injury to a corpse because authorities were trying to determine if the baby reached the full nine months.
Investigators haven’t been able to find the fetus.
Prosecutors dropped the charges due to a lack of evidence.
